Tricky situation - obviously all else equal, people should never be banned for good faith expressions of opinion or disagreement.

However, these people are not acting in good faith, and if allowed, they'll spam, brigade, ddos, dox, file fake police reports, physically attack, etc., etc.

They don't act according to rules of decent humanity, they are honorless, evil vile scum. I'd lean against affording them the same courtesies we give to good people.
