I’ve seen it. They coordinate it in waves, so the companies aren’t just getting one or two notices. They are inundated with screeching and forced to comply.
Unfortunately, some of these “tolerant” people do work for mainstream companies, so if external parties aren’t creating a ruckus, internal parties will inundate upper management. Management doesn’t want a lawsuit, so they’ll respond with some action. Man, it is a level of incomprehensible pettiness.
I rarely, rarely, see complaints and threats from conservatives.

The government building down the road from my house has one American flag on it, but rainbow flags line the entire building on all four sides. I also noticed a lack of NORMAL PEOPLE, even on a Saturday. The addicts had pushed the usual crowds that were going to Pikes place, etc away.
I went to this promising fairly hip bar called "The Whiskey Bar" and it was pretty dead on a Friday night. There were maybe 15 people there. As I walked back to my hotel I was accosted multiple times by addicts. I didn't go back to that area.
There's a house in a city near me that has the front yard lined with headless female manikins painted in the rainbow. It's legitimately disconcerting to see, especially on the main drag of the high end commercial district.
Pretty sure the person living there is a serial killer, but at least they're not a bigot and isn't that what's important?
