"Board Approval Appealed
On June 18 (at the deadline), Governor Whitmer appealed the unanimous ruling of the Board to the Michigan Appellate Court. The Committee asked directly on the 19th if any appeal had been made, that request was not responded to. Instead, we received a letter on June 26 dated June 22 that the appeal had been filed."

I was excited to start signing today, but now I'm left blue-balled.
Whitmer stalled the date by filing an appeal at the final hour which has pushed everything back almost a month.
