This is such a hoax. It was clear from the footage I watched that he refused to get in the police car then struggled with officers in the back of the car. The fact that he was restrained is completely natural. Maybe the technique was heavy-handed but why do people expect the cops to use kid gloves?

There's some argument to be made about the technique (which was the proper trained technique), but "I can't breath" has unfortunately become the mantra of everyone being arrested since Eric Garner (who didn't even die from the few second long "choke" hold), so you can't even believe anyone who says that, in a classic 'cried wolf' scenario. There's not even any evidence that race had any effect on anything that happened. The whole thing is a farce.
