Right. There's some argument to be made about the technique (which was the proper trained technique), but "I can't breath" has unfortunately become the mantra of everyone being arrested since Eric Garner (who didn't even die from the few second long "choke" hold), so you can't even believe anyone who says that, in a classic 'cried wolf' scenario. There's not even any evidence that race had any effect on anything that happened. The whole thing is a farce.
