Hard to tell exactly what the parts are in the bags. I wonder some entrepreneurial Floridian ordered a bunch of the totally-not-a-suppressor "oil filters" (labeled as "pins") that have been making the rounds on Aliexpress, Wish, etc. hoping to resell.
The bags are almost the size of the piece of copy paper above them. An auto sear is closer to the size of a postage stamp. So the shape of the bag would have little to do with the contents in that case.
