They need to conquer the west in the next decade or will never again have the capacity. Their one child policy is on the brink of destroying their military staffing requirements.

Plenty of equipment, but soon their will not be enough men to field them. When you commit to a nation of all males, soon enough their will be no more/not enough children being born.
