I mean in a country like America you really don't need to smuggle in any type of weapon. If America had UK type laws then this would set off alarm bells with me.
Once a civil war would actually get hot no one is going to care about the legally owned firearms that would be used to defend oneself and others. Not even in shit holes like California would they care.
