Updated info that I have is that the white SUV was driving through the middle of the park (you can see it on video), and that the silver SUV was actually racing towards the CHAZ, probably some chaz-security larpers.
I think they shot up an SUV with some unarmed kids joy-riding, and the only people shooting were from the CHAZ. OF course it's hard to get reliable info from out of there.
