Updated info that I have is that the white SUV was driving through the middle of the park (you can see it on video), and that the silver SUV was actually racing towards the CHAZ, probably some chaz-security larpers.
I think they shot up an SUV with some unarmed kids joy-riding, and the only people shooting were from the CHAZ. OF course it's hard to get reliable info from out of there.

Yes, there was a silver SUV allegedly taking random shots around the perimeter of the chaz.
Then some kids stole a white SUV Inside the barricades and the Chazistan security decided it was close enough.
They shot the hell out of it and then executed the occupants. It was just two young black kids with no guns.
That with the visit to the mayors house along with the actual citizens screaming seemed to break the lefty bubble.
It may be also that the mayor is now likely not to get re-elected.
