I mean I’m on Parler, but Facebook doesn’t have the same clause for regular users. I didn’t check other platforms though.

I looked on Facebooks and on their regular user page it does not have it. It does however show up under commercial pages/business pages.

Simple fucking question about legal lawyer speak from someone who’s not a lawyer. No where in there do I see if you get in trouble. It says “any and all”, which I and others are interpreting as if someone sues Parler because I post an American Flag, I’m liable for Parlers expenses. Fuck out of here with your dick attitude.
