Don't believe it.

Seems like a little rope a dope red meat for the Dims.

Alito maybe. Not Thomas.

RINOs would allow 2 confirmations with Alito and Clarence but Ruth would be postponed.

Isn't this usually around the time that they retire?

Thomas has stated in the past he'd like to retire while young enough to enjoy some life. I expect hm to retire in trumps second term

I think so too. But if Alito does retire, McConnell would put forward a Trump nominee prior to the election.

Yup. Not gonna happen.

He would have to do it quick if he expects there to be time to get it done.

Yep. No way would have waited until now

My thoughts exactly.

Trying to get a Supreme Count nominee confirmed in four months would appear impossible. Let alone two.

last thing that needs to happen.... those two are reliably originalist.

No way will the RINO's let this happen, any confirmation hearing will be delayed until after the election, they are cowards and will side with the Dem's to block this.

Hope I am wrong, but the margins are so thin, and the RINO's so spineless, they are going to wait and see who wins before they pretend to support Trump again.

A valid concern, but I think we are going to retain Senate and retake the house in November. Read today many/most of these polls are underestimating republican turnout by 7-9%

I don't think the last one was fair either. Republicans have to win by more than 10% to be elected winner.

Biggest worry in Mail-in in four states (MI, PA, NC, WI). With massive fraud in those four, we're in trouble.

The Dems would never approve an appointment before the election.

We only have to worry about Romney, Murkowski, and whatever the other cucks names are.

Dont buy it, they had all 4 years to retire if they wanted to and allow a suitable replacement.

2
Basileus 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's no way they will confirm replacements before the election.

3
PelosisPetrifiedPuss 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah this makes zero sense. Think of how much bullshit they went through with Kavanaugh - that was just one. Two people confirmed BEFORE the election? Yeah right.

Cons far outweight any pros

1
Basileus 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hopefully the rumors are unfounded--the timing is too bizarre. If it's true, the Deep State is behind it

If this happens Trump should nominate Obama so that the Left will turn against the Kenyan. It’s the last thing remaining of Obama’s legacy, his reputation with the Left.

Refreshing old non activist judges with young ones is a good investment in future of our democracy.

couranto 1 point ago +1 / -0

Never be approved before election. And would help turn out leftists.

I thought Thomas might retire after Trump wins re-election but I seriously doubt he would before the election.
