I used to believe in the American dream of the melting pot it made sense for America. But seeing how all of Europe is being invaded it seems like white people are under attack from all directions.

This is exactly it. When people were immigrating back then, there was no social safety net. You came to America and eked our a living or went back home. Everyone was working towards the goal of being successful. There was no other option.
For illegal immigration it’s now about escaping to a better country where you can get benefits and work under the table to get by, in some cases the total benefits “package” people can get is $60k. Plus cash from working. There’s no motivation to become American. You’re here for the free stuff. For those who will REEEEE about illegals can’t get benefits-you’re right. They can’t until they have anchor babies. They are citizens and will qualify the household for the free stuff. Subsidized housing, food stamps, medical, to an extent free education (property taxes fund some of this and they pay something in rent), free breakfast, free lunch, WIC, etc.
Even legal immigration has its pitfalls. There’s a reason Trump has called out chain migration. A nice man from another country comes here, works hard, gains citizenship. Then the wife comes, works hard, gains citizenship. Then the parents come. They’re older and need expensive health care and (correct me if I’m wrong please!) once they become citizens and are of age, they can collect social security. So people who never paid in are receiving money.
I’m fine with legal immigration with no safety nets but right now there is so much motivation to come here for the money, not to be Americans and embrace the freedom we value so much.
I think an even bigger problem with chain migration is that it’s not just being applied to Citizenship, but MANY legal status’ and it opens the flood gates. This may or may not be a popular opinion, but I’m all for new citizens exercising their full rights and bringing their families over. Maybe do what a lot of other countries do and put a requirement on them to show an ability to be financially solvent. Even if that meant that the new citizen had to work for a few years and save up. Also, ANY legal status should carry the same restriction and absolutely forbid any form of tax payer funded welfare. The fact that this isn’t a thing blows my mind! Honestly, I love new citizens that work their asses off, know our history, swear an allegiance and embrace American values.

I agree with you but with recent happening I sometimes question how much of that is realistic. I’m proud to be half white. I grew up taught that whites were the cause of all problems in the world by every socio/economic/religious group around. What I learned along the way is that whites are the apex of human civilization. Just the beauty of the women alone convinces me there is something special about the white race.

I feel neither proud nor ashamed of being white. It is not like it was my decision to be white. Any time a group of people feels attacked, you see more tribalism out of self preservation. For some people, I am sure that tribalism does end up progressing to actual racism. Anyone who thinks that the way the left is talking about white people is helping end racism is an idiot.
I’m pretty sure that the vast majority of us feel the same. No one here gives an actual shit about skin color, besides the fact that it is used as a weapon against us. It’s all about ideology, morality and patriotism. I mean, it is pretty funny how lefties get twisted at a “minority” conservative though, never gets old!

Arabs didn't live in Mesopotamia, those were Indo-Europeans that migrated out from the Caucuses and Central Asia
As much as I love the notion that White History month is in July, I do agree that we ought to all just be American and drop the stupid color of the month stuff.

Yeah, during the French Revolution they erased the calendar and instituted their own New! Improved! Revolutionary one.
They erased July and replaced it with Thermidor (started on our July 19 to August 18), so maybe we should just make Thermidor "Revolutionary Assholes History Month" instead and reflect on the damage done, from the guillotine-happy French, Marxists, Maoist, Khmer Rouge, Shining Path, Red Brigades, Weather Underground, Castro, Ché Guevara, to the punks running around playing revolutionaries today. And to remember their victims
