Going 40 in a 35 and being pulled over 10 miles outside of clay county. Yeah, scared me straight. I was there to argue he was out of his jurisdiction. Judge said he didn’t give a shit where he was, changed my speeding to reckless driving and increased the fine. Guess I deserved it.

Lol dude I swear to god, I don’t even believe in bumper stickers. Had a piece of shit Saturn SL series, stick shift. The car cost me 800$. I was working for like KFC at the time. I Wasn’t speeding MUCH. 5 over really?? Didn’t smoke weed so there was no smell. Wasn’t a dick. It was like 1am and not a single car on the road but me. BUT. It was the end of the month, and I know they have quotas to fill. That’s my only guess. I don’t know, like I said, seemed pretty unconstitutional to me. Thought there was supposed to be a “public” trial. I felt like I was in an interrogation room, only thing missing was handcuffs

I can teach you how to slip out of handcuffs. Just in case.

Me too!

These stories are what I always heard of FL. Up here 10 over is mandatory, keeps will look but won't mess. If a rookie writes a ticket for 11 over the Judge is NOT happy about it. They know their speed guns aren't that damn accurate.

13 over, ticket all day.
