I thought the federal (and state) government had sovereign immunity regarding copyright?
As well as the various records acts.

Twitter shouldn't be actioning anything regarding copyright for the president or governments.

A EO should mention that explicitly if he does one.

I'm not sure it's sovereign immunity, but I think exclusive jurisdiction falls to the court of Federal Claims. Anybody back me up on that or have other info?
