This is exactly right. Everyone who should have protected those businesses and residents, will not pay a dime for what they allowed to happen. It will all be taxpayers and Democrats never care about Taxpayers because they think government revenue is as easy as shouting "tax the rich!" three times while putting on a pink hat with an African scarf.
