I'd like to know how a state official can prescribe a medical device when you don't want it. Don't we still have the right in this country to pick our own doctors and a right to determine what care we receive? Maybe next they'll prescribe some ankle shackles so we can't go places, or a chip so they can more easily keep track of us. The 10th amendment gives states certain powers, but how do they get around the provision of the right to pursue life, liberty and happiness, unless there's due process of law? What's due process? A state official making a mandate. We don't need a mommy government. And, I've heard of no studies that can affirm the virus being spread by asymptomatic carriers. I've read several research documents which come up with conclusions that are in conflict of knowing what protection is provided, if any, and social distancing that works in a 'still air' environment, but maybe not so much out doors. I don't know, but it all smacks of paring down our liberties little by little until they're gone. And why aren't our GOP senators fighting for us? Just acting like sheep.
