She can claim that she meant figuratively, to make the point that saying "all lives matter" is unfair when someone is in deep trouble and other isn't.

Her reasoning is correct, but the reality is the opposite of what she claims because white people are the victim of racist violence, not the perpetrators.

In fact I say "white lives matter" and not "all lives matter".
