Naaman is not worshipping Rimmon, yet to be a good servant to his master he must physically bend down before an idol to help his master.
I hate the masks as much as the next red blooded patriot. But if I have to wear one to be a good employee to my employer (who may themselves only be enforcing the masks because of tyrannical mayors) then like Naaman I can do so with a clear conscience.
When Naaman professes the God of Israel he asks the Lord to forgive him one thing:
"When my master enters the temple of Rimmon to bow down and he is leaning on my arm and I have to bow there also"
Elisha tells Naaman to go in peace.
