Jesus (and the apostles as well) cast demons out of numerous people. Yes, I absolutely believe in demonic possession. Look around, it's everywhere.
That man is most likely filled with hundreds of unclean spirits.
Pretty sure The Flood ended demons taking actual human form. But Jesus cast out some that had gained possession of a woman. They begged to be cast into swine, which was granted, and they were promptly run off a cliff.
