I came here from Reddit. I was always just there for the memes, so I tolerated the general leftism. But I got sick of memes and social media in general as I just saw they took so much of my time so I got rid of all of it except YouTube. I recently wanted to look at memes so I redownloaded it. I went to r/politics where I had been before and had seen mostly mildly stupid anti-Trump memes, but nothing too bad. However now, it was a pinnacle of a cesspool festering of 100% the worst CNN-propaganda-feuled far leftist...mass intellectual suicide. Don't get me wrong-i expected it of CNN. But Reddit usually was somewhat diverse and I felt it was a little left center. Now...it scared me. It scared me knowing how many people use that site. It scared me seeing the amounts of upvotes those posts had. But praise God some centrists are waking up. I follow Tim Pool; he showed me this sight by highlighting your persecution by Reddit, miraculously like only two days after I found that abhorrent cesspool, and this was feeling hopeless and isolated. Also finding Crowder and everyone on the Daily Wire has encouraged me a lot. I'm not lying when I say perceiving such a large percentage of the population as so stupid contributed to my depression several years ago. But there is hope. I believe people are waking up.

I will say, OP, there is a discouragingly large amount of dissenting voices on Reddit, even into r/navyseals, which should be pretty right leaning. I get afraid that our site is just an echo chamber, and that the "silent majority" come November will reflect the Tulsa rally more than it would reflect the "1 million" attendees we expected. That we'll lose the Senate, and the Presidency. Sometimes I get down because Reddit leaked that we had 6 million followers at our old t_d site, with 77k users online at a government, but those numbers have not at all reflected here in this site, where 3k upvotes is considered a lot. So maybe it was all just fudged numbers, and we are en route to getting wrecked by a passionate, brain washed, radicalized new America.
But then something like this happens: a black woman goes into a black pro-Biden anti-Trump popular talk show and completely eviscerates the entirety of their left leaning arguments: abortion, trans for kids, voting against Trump, etc. She picks them apart, stands her ground, and walks away the Victor.
But don't take my word for it:
Look at the 41,000+ comments on that video: they almost all praise her! It's highly upvoted, with an insane 23k/3.1k upvote/downvotes ratio, and it's doubled in views in a matter of days.
How many did John Legend, famous black musical artist, get from an interview a week ago? 382 comments. That's .93% engagement, and only 1/10th the views.
Black America listened to Angela, engaged in the comments, and AGREED.

Thank you for sharing that video! This Angela Stanton woman is one special lady. She's very intelligent and nuked those three with the truth. Her words about trans people and sexualizing of children came right out of my mouth. I 100% agree. If they're adults they can make their own choices. That doesn't mean we have to personally like it or agree with it. Plain and simple.
The demographics and general mood of this country have not changed appreciably in the last 3.5 years. ALL recent national elections have been determined by turnout, rather than one party simply winning the argument. Trump won mainly because Hillary got lower turnout than Obama, who won because the Republicans ran two lackluster candidates in a row.
Within this rubric, demoralizing your opponent is the most effect possible action to influence an election in your favor. That is what the left is trying to do to us, and they will use any and all tactics to do it. Online, real life, in your job, in your relationships, everywhere, they are trying to pull apart the seams of decent society and leave people feeling surrounded and hopeless. It's all fakery, intended to keep you away from the voting booth. Don't let them win.

Reddit is cancer and has been [happily] driving down that road ever since they started banning subs because wittle fweelings were hurt. This goes all the way back to r/fatpeoplehate or whatever that sub was that made fun of fat people. It wasn’t personally my thing, never really thought they were funny, never went there, but when they started appeasing a bunch of loud crying losers I could see the writing on the wall. The people that cried about it don’t believe in the idea of “If you don’t like it, then don’t go there”, they believe that it just simply shouldn’t exist and that no one should be able to engage with it. They’re, in a lot of ways, outright supporters of policing thought. And Reddit chose to align itself with this crowd. So the eventual thought-death march began and with each new thing these howler monkeys cried about, Reddit limited ability to express ideas and opinions to appease them, those people that were censored said “fuck it” and left (or were much less active afterwards, increasing the respective size of the cry babies, and so on.
The only other social media platform I can think of that’s worse (outside of the super obvious like Tik-Tok) would be Imgur. Holy fuck is that place an echo chamber to the nth degree playing drag of being an open forum. Any voiced opinions that point out a single flaw in something posted - no matter how valid - are either removed or downvoted to hell. I saw a post there criticizing Betsy DeVos (Trump’s Sec. of Education) saying this and that about how terrible she was. Included was some asinine claim that “she doesn’t have a degree” which is just outright factually false. A cursory glance over her history, spending less than thirty seconds reading her bio, clearly shows that she has a degree in Economics. But anyone that pointed that out was met with an endless string of insults and downvoted. And the people there... “Retarded” doesn’t do justice to what they are... I’ve never seen such a large group of proudly ignorant people so boisterously voice opinions on things that have been repeatedly proven wrong time and time again. They just parrot some of the stupidest talking points over and over again to a point where I half doubt they’re bots solely because you’d think the people writing the scripts would put more thought into what was being said. Saying they lack even a basic understanding of economics or history or law or (sometimes) basic science is an understatement.
Summary: Reddit is cancer but Imgur will make you pray for death.

I have anxiety and depression, to begin with, and when you add politics to it it's even worse but you just got to keep on fighting. All this devastation and all of the stupidly with the erasing of our history, the race-baiting, the Kung Flu, and all of the other bull shit, it plains sucks. But its 2020 and it's purely politics. Yes and it needs to be overwhelming. I just listened to Niall Fergusen on Dave Rubin. He is a famous economic historian. He said in 2016 the #1 indicator of whether someone voted for Trump is a gun in the home and that with gun sales including first time buyers escalating he thinks people are lying to pollsters and will vote Trump, but that it has to be overwhelming as a close election will be destabilizing. I think Trump's internal polling is good even though he occasionally says something stupid like about locking up flag burners for 10 years. He has always been a bit messy with his speech and we love him anyway.

While Reddit is a far left cesspool now, a lot of that comes from other countries thankfully. We have our leftist cancer for sure, but I think it seems bigger than it is because they're the loudest. All hope isn't lost.
You should check it styxhexnhammer on YouTube too btw. He's very libertarian and doesn't really beat around the bush or mince words when he gives opinions, but he's really intelligent and I think he makes very astute points
