I came here from Reddit. I was always just there for the memes, so I tolerated the general leftism. But I got sick of memes and social media in general as I just saw they took so much of my time so I got rid of all of it except YouTube. I recently wanted to look at memes so I redownloaded it. I went to r/politics where I had been before and had seen mostly mildly stupid anti-Trump memes, but nothing too bad. However now, it was a pinnacle of a cesspool festering of 100% the worst CNN-propaganda-feuled far leftist...mass intellectual suicide. Don't get me wrong-i expected it of CNN. But Reddit usually was somewhat diverse and I felt it was a little left center. Now...it scared me. It scared me knowing how many people use that site. It scared me seeing the amounts of upvotes those posts had. But praise God some centrists are waking up. I follow Tim Pool; he showed me this sight by highlighting your persecution by Reddit, miraculously like only two days after I found that abhorrent cesspool, and this was feeling hopeless and isolated. Also finding Crowder and everyone on the Daily Wire has encouraged me a lot. I'm not lying when I say perceiving such a large percentage of the population as so stupid contributed to my depression several years ago. But there is hope. I believe people are waking up.
