This won't "take them out" and as it reduces them it would be a slow multi year reduction as the claw and scream. It would give perfect prodding for communities to move.
Saying to take it slower is a subtle lie that supports what we are fighting. Those that believe what you say would not fight this battle with zeal and fervor. I'm not saying that you didn't say it with honesty (I don't know). But it is poison. We need more zeal and enthusiasm and ambition!
