I also liked the V-8s and might get one someday. I just didn't want to spend an additional $10k. I preferred spending less and not having to take out a loan.

You have to be real careful when dealing with dealerships. Most suck, but there are a few good ones. I took my old jeep to the dealership for all it's maintenance and never had a problem. I haven't found a good Ford dealership yet.
