The anti-body is from a person who has been exposed at any time in the past, could be 3 months ago, and likely never knew they had it. The CDC was busted and said they were going to stop doing this but hadn't a week later.
The current case numbers are greatly inflated by past exposure numbers giving a totally false impression as more testing is done. The only thing that is important is the "active case" number which is less than the 40k+ case number being reported. That's also why the death rate remains low.
It is an attempt at data manipulation to slow the Governors from reopening and keep people from going back to work. This needs to be widely broadcast.
Don’t forget that, by their own admission, the cdc antibody tests “could” be detecting all types of coronavirus, not just covid-19. So, the antibody tests include people that simply had the common cold. This number could be anywhere from 0%-100% of antibody positive tests. Now that’s a real grip on “science”!
