The fact is, Lindsey Graham saying these people are trying to change America and we need to fight them is a step in the right direction. What we want is LEGISLATION that makes it a felony to block traffic on federal highways as part of a protest, and it is a FELONY to vandalize federal statues as part of a protest. While we're at it, make it a Federal misdemeanor to burn the American Flag.
scotus has already ruled twice that laws prohibiting flag desecration are unconstitutional. the flag protection act, which made it illegal to desecrate the flag, was struck down.
