His dad mentioned in the video that his son had learning disabilities and was easily persuaded to go along with people and do what people told him to. He was born at 25 weeks. Not too hard to believe that someone called, texted or just saw him on the street and told him to come out and join "the cause" and he showed up and then did or said something "wrong". Bottom line, the city of Seattle is guilty here.
