I was in Seattle a little while ago. Place gives me REALLY bad vibes. I hardly saw any black ppl. Just rich white KIDS everywhere living in apts with $3000/month rent currently being paid oodles by the state to sit on their asses. It's disconnected from reality. Fun fact: no state income tax in WA. After this mess, I hope they all enjoy their new income taxes!
they got taxes comin and goin an all sorts of other ways though. But no, their model is in no way self sustaining. Its laughable. Basically all of Washington pays for King County to run a giant daycare for the mentally and spiritually inept.

No doubt. I was there in the early 90's for a couple weeks and it was a fun vibe, decent music, etc. Wouldn't want to go back now.
