In this situation you are dealing with a person whose pre-frontal cortex is not connecting with rest of the brain, you need to treat them as you would a tantruming child. repeatedly tell them they are making it worse by threatening you and you will use lethal force to defend yourself.
there's also driving off. but standing your ground is also valid. Idk the laws of this state, some states might penalise the gun user, others might allow the gun user to use lethal force if the offender appears to attack the gun holder.
as a bare minimum, the black woman needs to be charged with public nuisance.
