Couldn't this be an answer to abortion? Instead of aborting the baby, they take it from the woman who doesn't want it and put it in the pod. Then after 9 months, when it is "born", it can be adopted.
That would be the best use for it, I think. But I’m also imagining baby farms. How much simpler would It be with this invention? No more women out of commission for 9 months that you have to take care of until they have the baby you can harvest organs from or traffick. You can just keep taking eggs from women and fertilizing them. Really streamline the trafficking/organ industry.

Exactly. Inventions aren’t necessarily inherently good nor evil, it depends on who uses them and for what.
That’s actually a good question since I assume they get their vitamin intake through the mother.
Any woman that would attempt this should have her tubes tied; she does not deserve to be a mother.
