My TDS mom keeps bringing up how Trump's a child rapist or something, and I don't know enough about what happened to tell her she's wrong (because, obviously, if there was any real connection we NEVER would have stopped hearing about it from the mainstream media).
She keeps saying how years ago there was a lawsuit between Epstein and these girls, and the girls lawyer made a corrupt deal to keep Epstein from jail, then Trump hired that guy.
So how exactly do I tell her she's a moron? (in the most polite way possible, of course)
When she first told me 'Trump's terrified of that lady being arrested cause he's involved in it all', I rolled my eyes and told her that wherever she's hearing it from is nonsense because they (msm) ALL hate Trump without exception.
She literally, no lie, tried to tell me 'no no, I'm not hearing it from anywhere, I figured it out for myself.'
Like, what the heck am I SUPPOSED to say to that?
Well... I accidentally insinuated that she's not smart enough to figure things out for herself. I actually wanted to say something like 'your opinion is worthless because you HATE Trump, of course your 'expert deduction' will bring up the least favorable view imaginable', but I guess I misspoke.
