I watched the longer video on YT. Seems like the black lady is demanding an apology, and then when the white lady (while sitting in the car) tries to apologize, I think the black lady says "if you did nothing wrong why would you apologize?".

The real issue here.
When your IQ is 5 points from drooling, you're irrational emotion "IQ" goes through the roof.
