Definitely not the nose. Bill has a bumpy, large round end of nose. Hubbell's is more sharp. Chelsea doesn't have the bump. This picture her nostril is flared and it makes it look like she does, but her nose is exactly like Hill's.

I could see it if you say her eyes and bone structure around there look like Bill's in this picture.

It's debatable, and regardless if it's true, it's fun. It's a good game.
