Ya crime has been down except in run down Democrat cities! NYC and Chicago are both up quite a bit in homicides and shootings this year vs. 2019.
I say let those blue cities defund the police and let them ROT to the bone. NYC voted Giuliani, a Republican into office before to clean up the city and lower NYC crime rate to below the national average. If they want to go back to the shithole that is 1980s NYC, they can go ahead.
