Thank you, kiddo. I love it. And yes meeting at a rally after the plague would be grand. I had a really nice day. My "Make Space Great Again" hat and a new "No Step on Snek" shirt arrived, my husband cooked a beautiful dinner since we couldn't really go out, and I lounged on the terrace listening to the ocean and watched the fireworks our neighbors were firing off. And I got to hang out with all my frens here. Not the worst way to celebrate under semi-lockdown.
Ha! Love it! That there is some funny ass appearal! Sounds to me like you had the perfect B-day and that makes me really happy. Give hubby a kudos for me, I can't cook worth a shit. Oh and I appreciate you calling me kiddo, ah to be young again... Let's just say me and Sean Hannity are the same age that's why my Mothers B-day is so special to me :). I am blessed that she is still vibrant and full of life even though she is older than Biden.
Heh. You and I are the same age. I just assume that most people here are younger than I am. You're fortunate to still have your mom and it makes me happy to know you had a great birthday together. And to know she's here enjoying all the spicy memes. She must be a cool lady indeed. And I will pass the kudos along to the hubs. I was the primary cook the first 30 years together. At 50 he quit corporate life and went to culinary school and became a chef. And he's a far better cook than I am now. Which, I'm not complaining. It's fun to have a real chef in the house. And delicious.
Ha! I do the same, always assuming everyone is younger than me because I'm usually right, everyone is! I understand how cool it is to have someone that is a chef in the family, especially a spouse! My Brother trained to be a chef but now he's the General Manager of an International Auto supply company that he started and he lives in Mexico and I can't enjoy all his food anymore. :( I really miss his cooking. Oh, and my Mother is the Queen of cool, She acts younger than us. I've got her hooked on Swedish Metal music and if you seen her you would swear she looks like she's only 60. We walk EVERY DAY rain or shine at least 1 mile most of the time more and she never gets tired. I am looking forward to her reading the posts from all the wonderful people including yourself here wishing her a happy B-day. Being the Huge Trump fan that she is it will mean a lot to her. If I can talk her into Swedish Metal, maybe I can talk her into posting so you guys can meet. :) It's been all my pleasure meeting you and I know she would think the same.
