She should set up a defense fund. No gun was fired. She feared for her life and property. On top of that, she was pregnant. She appeared to be acting in defense.

Just checked the jurisdiction. Not great. 7th most Democrat county in Michigan. 44% voted for Trump.

Hence the malicious prosecution with both of them charged with felonious assault. Any non-Democrat jurisdiction would probably charge the woman with brandishing and call it a day, but Democrats love to maliciously prosecute defensive firearm use cases. Worse for them is that they are likely to get stuck with either a Democrat jury or a Democrat judge deciding their fate. I hold out little hope for them.
