Any non-Democrat jurisdiction would probably charge the woman with brandishing and call it a day, but Democrats love to maliciously prosecute defensive firearm use cases. Worse for them is that they are likely to get stuck with either a Democrat jury or a Democrat judge deciding their fate. I hold out little hope for them.
