I live in the Bay Area—40 mins from the poop capital of the world (east side). You’ll be good. You just have to worry about porch pirates. If your not going to be home, try to talk with the USPS person who delivers your mail and kindly ask them to put it on the side or somewhere safe you know it won’t get swiped, or even just tell them to hold it until your home on a certain day. Mom works for USPS and just getting to know the person delivering your mail works wonders. Also, a gift during the holidays doesn’t hurt either. Best of luck!
