My husband and I had it. It was a terrible cough and that’s it.
My uncle got it in a nursing home and he almost died. But he was never hospitalized and recovered in his own, even though he had some serious preexisting conditions.
So much better that way! I'm curious what sort of medical care he was given on an outpatient basis. Obviously it helped more than it hurt. Congratulations to all of you on your recovery!
Thank you so much! I honestly think he just waited it out, had lots of fluids and stuff. He never got hooked up to oxygen or put on hydroxychloroquine or anything. They might have given him that generic flu medicine.

Your Uncle "recovered on his own," meaning he never had any medical care?
He had medical care but he was never hospitalized. There are nurses at his assisted living.
