Also the rest of the handwriting doesn't match great. The signature is much less of a hard press down and the loops aren't consistent at all. If I had a full signature from Jacob I think I could confirm that this is indeed a fake.
The only other possible solution is that Jacob's companion filled out that part after he had signed and totaled it. It looks like feminine handwriting to be at first glance. Either way the cross in the t's is off.
Also the a's are completely different. Possible with a signature vs. handwriting- but almost never THAT different: one big almost exaggerated lower case and the one in his sig is barely visible. Completely inconsistent.
