You get in your car and go. You RUN from a confrontation before you pull your weapon. You do everything humanly in your power to remove yourself from a situation before it escalates. You only pull your weapon when you are ready to put holes in human beings to defend your life

The kid in New Mexico who shot the Antifag was retreating and didn't brandish his weapon early. He used it once his life was demonstrably in danger. That's likely why he wasn't charged.
