I live in MN, and as I've said on other boards, no help should be offered to us. People voted in the Governor and Mayor, so we need to deal with the consequences of our collective vote. The Governor and Mayor should be held accountable. Hopefully this wakes up the state and people vote much differently in the next elections. Change has to come about somehow and this is the best way to nudge it along.
