Great. We should offer some deal - renounce citizenship and move there. We will throw in some moving costs like 20k. US would make out like bandits provided we encouraged the felons to move there.
We should do that for dual citizens as well - especially Dems in Congress - those guys are some of the worst.
Totally agree, I think renouncing US citizenship has to be part of it just for tax reasons as well. They would also not focus 100% on building their new home if they still had US citizenship, plus there is a chance of them flying back to vote etc.

You are right, felons should be given the same opportunity for a new start, as they are more likely victims of the systematic racism they claim exists, they should go to the front of the line.

I wonder if Ghana is kind of on the level with something like Bulgaria or Hungary.
Ghana has done a LOT to make of itself a great nation, and Accra is a great city.
That said - if they REALLY want all of these inner city blacks as "refugees", then it isn't going to stay nice for long...or they will be forcing these "refugees" further into an African segregation just to protect what they have.
Skin color isn't magic, neither is location.
Take a bunch of people with no self-respect, no value of others, and a criminal war-lord mentality - they aren't going to fit in any civilized society, no matter where in the world you place them. People have to learn to be civilized.
The sad reality is, whole generations of the black community are lost, due to the power-hungry policies of the Democrat party. Moving the people somewhere else is not going to mitigate that.
