So long as there are no contradictions (seek medical advice) with your current meds. Take: Vitamins: D3 1000iu, C 1000iu, Multi. Supplements: Zinc, Ecgc, Quercetin.

Get plenty of sun and fresh air...Rest sitting upright......Sleep slighted elevated on your side.....Undertake Covid breathing exercise protocol (YouTube).

Checkout ‘Medcram’ on YouTube.

You’ll be fine I’m sure.

Late edit: I was deliberately conservative with the D3 and C dosages. Personally, I take 2000iu of both. Nb. On average 43% of Western populations are vitamin D deficient.

Ecgc found in green tea, quercetin found in elderberry

Ruskie is right. Ecgc limits ace2 receptor production - the receptor that allows the virus to enter the cell. Quercetin allows higher concentrations of Zinc to enter the cytoplasm of the cell. Zinc suppresses the enzyme in the cell that facilitates Viral reproduction.

Ecgc is readily available via supplement websites as is Quercetin (a bit more costly though). Athletes often take these products so unless you have “contradictions” I mentioned earlier they should be safe. I take EcGc and Zinc daily and have two bottles of Quercetin tabs in storage in the eventuality that I get the virus.

I found elderberry supplements on amazon but you can get them anywhere. Ecgc is just in green tea and I only drank my first cup today. Zinc losenges at 11mg four times a day keep the zinc absorption optimal, but I’ve started strategically taking them in tandem with the elderberry. Quercetin is highest in elderberry and raw red onion. Zinc highest available in oysters.

Just FYI, my fam has been taking zinc and elderberry each day. I can’t say for sure, but I believe this aided in a mild case
