I found elderberry supplements on amazon but you can get them anywhere. Ecgc is just in green tea and I only drank my first cup today. Zinc losenges at 11mg four times a day keep the zinc absorption optimal, but I’ve started strategically taking them in tandem with the elderberry. Quercetin is highest in elderberry and raw red onion. Zinc highest available in oysters.

Be careful to not over use zinc. It’s a metal and can cause blood poisoning. So use it and then take a break after ten days
