I feel its a slap in the face when i am told i am a racist and have white privilege and owe reparations when i was raised in poverty that may of started when the breadwinner of my family was killed fighting for the north and led to a cycle of poverty i grew up as part of.

And what about white slaves? People always forget the Irish children stolen from their homes and sold into slavery. Kind of like they forget about modern day slavery that still exists all around the world. But of course it's white Americans who ended the practice that are evil.
