Police are getting pissed and shit on by everybody, Why are they accepting this. If you dare criticize a teacher the whole city goes on strike and they ALWAYS get what they want. Same with all the other unions. I guess the police are way overpaid and are more concerned with their paychecks then their dignity. If the NYPD all 45,000 of them went on strike at the same time you would see them get respected real quick. I am personally embarrassed for them every time I see police kneeling or running away. Also, if you keep allowing your leaders to fund the socialist democrat party with your union dues You deserve to be treated like little sheep pussies. MAGA 2020!

First, public sector unions should be banned. LE officers must respect their oath to obey Constitutional Law and the lawful orders of those elected to serve over them.
They may have no other loyalties except of course to God, their Families and Community. Unions are by definition a disrupting influence on Oaths, on commitment to Humanity, on integrity.
But honest cops might say they cannot walk off because Humanity and Family needs them even more during these lawless times. They might point out they can not fulfill their Oaths if they are not on the job.
Not all, sure, some cops ARE bad cops. More doctors are bad doctors, far more lawyers are bad lawyers, far more social workers are bad , far more politicians are bad....same as with any group of Humans you examine.
Outlaw all public sector unions and you immediately improve all those sectors. Hire and fire based on merit, promote based on merit, let no intermediary emplace themselves between Society and it's servants. Said servants should only desire the job if they wish to Serve honestly, unions almost prevent that concept from being possible.
