No, it's not the campaign that's the problem here. It's the Trump/Pence response to COVID-1984. They've been played, and they're being played right now. And Trump himself needs to find a way to communicate about the rioting and lawlessness and lay it at the feet of the Dems, aside from blather on Twitter. Tweeting "LAW AND ORDER!" isn't going to cut it. I expect tomorrow will be a different story, and the real start of the campaign.
