Does anybody know what the legal stance on self defense in public is for Texans? If I see a gun in the hands of a person and have reasonable grounds to believe its a threat towards my life am I allowed to draw my own concealed firearm? Or is it considered a crime for brandishing the weapon because I am not on my own property?

The only way to win is to get as far away from cities as possible. South Dakota and Wyoming have good land available. Nobody in our government is going to defend you so you only get put in situations where you lose.
