In the AIDS epidemic he buried multiple treatments that had success, and hushed up a lot of the information on the infecitous disease so that he could boost his own political stature. Guy should have been fired 30 years ago. No one did so now we are once again stuck with his bullshit. If you read through his history this guy literally embodies the swamp.
